A festive and colorful Christmas Jello Dessert that delights everyone.
Ingredients

- 3 cups of water
- 1 package (6 oz) of cherry jello
- 1 package (6 oz) of lime jello
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve the cherry jello in it.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the cherry jello mixture.
- Pour the cherry jello into a 9×13 inch dish and refrigerate until set.
- In another bowl, dissolve the lime jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the lime jello mixture.
- Once the cherry jello is set, layer the lime jello on top and refrigerate again until set.
- Mix diced pineapple, whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture over the set lime jello layer.
- Chill the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use fruit juice instead of water for the jello.
- You can substitute whipped cream with yogurt for a lighter option.
