Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly.
- Add water and form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and press it into tart pans.
- In another bowl, whisk together cinnamon, cardamom, condensed milk, and eggs.
- Pour the mixture into the tart shells.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can use tart pans or a muffin tin.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
