Description
Delicious corn ribs seasoned with Cajun spices.
Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Shuck the corn and cut each ear into quarters.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the corn pieces with the oil mixture.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce if desired.
