Ingredients

  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in boiling water.
  2. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  3. Season your steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Sear the steak bites until they reach your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the steak from the pan.
  7. Melt butter in the same pan.
