Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic.
- Cook until the vegetables soften.
- Stir in flour for one minute.
- Whisk in seafood stock.
- Simmer the liquid for ten minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and seasonings.
- Add crab meat and shrimp.
- Cook for five minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
- Serve your soup hot.
