Delicious crab cakes served with a zesty Old Bay aioli.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- For the aioli, mix mayonnaise with Old Bay seasoning.
- Serve crab cakes with Old Bay aioli.
Notes
- Chill the crab cakes for 30 minutes before frying for better shape.
- Adjust Old Bay seasoning to taste.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
