Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. For the aioli, mix mayonnaise with Old Bay seasoning.
  7. Serve crab cakes with Old Bay aioli.

Notes
