Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, sugars, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. Press mixture into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Spread frosting over cooled bars.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
