Cranberry bliss bars are sweet and tangy dessert bars made with dried cranberries and a creamy frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, sugars, baking soda, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Press mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store bars in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute other dried fruits.
- Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option.
