Description

Creamy Tuscan Chicken is a flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a rich and creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to release any bits.
  6. Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
  7. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
