Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into thick steaks.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. Add water to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Dip each cauliflower steak into the batter.
  6. Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with buffalo sauce.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
