- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Add water to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower steak into the batter.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and brush with buffalo sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
