- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, zested
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
- Coat the beef slices in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry the beef in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the beef and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, sugar, vinegar, ginger, garlic, orange zest, and red pepper flakes.
- In the same pan, pour the sauce and simmer until thickened.
- Add the crispy beef to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
