Instructions
- Pound chicken to even thickness.
- Mix breadcrumbs and cheese in a bowl.
- Put flour in a second bowl.
- Put eggs in a third bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour.
- Dip chicken in eggs.
- Press chicken into breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry chicken until brown.

- Use parmesan cheese.
- Do not crowd the pan.
- Check the temperature reaches 165 degrees.
