Description
Cook chicken and pasta in your slow cooker. This meal combines meat with cheese tortellini and spinach.

- 1.5 pounds chicken breast
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 19 ounces frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 cups spinach
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken in your slow cooker.
- Pour broth and soup over meat.
- Add seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it.
- Put chicken back in pot.
- Add cream cheese and tortellini.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Mix in spinach and parmesan.
- Serve your meal.
Notes
- Use low sodium broth.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes to help melting.
- Add red pepper flakes for spice.
- Keep leftovers in your fridge for three days.
