- 6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 4 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add the torn croissant pieces to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
