A simple recipe for making dairy-free chocolate bark with nuts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Add the mixed nuts and sea salt, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread evenly and smooth out the surface.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
