A rich and creamy dark chocolate mousse made with avocados. This dessert is vegan and healthy.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Top with fresh berries or nuts if desired.
