Healthy and delicious energy bites made with dates and nuts.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- 1 cup of mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dates and nuts.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add oats, honey, vanilla, and salt.
- Process until a sticky mixture forms.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use any nuts you prefer.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can be stored for up to one week.
