Healthy and delicious energy bites made with dates and nuts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 1 cup of mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine dates and nuts.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Add oats, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Process until a sticky mixture forms.
  5. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
