These squares feature tender roast beef and melted cheese inside soft rolls with savory dipping sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pack Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound deli roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally.
- Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef over the rolls.
- Place cheese slices on top of the beef.
- Cover with the top half of the rolls.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder.
- Brush the butter mixture over the rolls.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Boil water and au jus mix in a small pot.
- Serve the squares with the au jus for dipping.
Notes
- Use thin roast beef for better texture.
- Substitute provolone with Swiss cheese if you prefer.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container.
