A delicious dessert combining chocolate and kataifi pastry.
Ingredients

- 200g kataifi pastry
- 150g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 50g chopped nuts (e.g., pistachios or almonds)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, melt butter and mix with kataifi pastry until coated.
- Spread half of the kataifi mixture in a baking dish.
- Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water.
- Mix in honey, vanilla, nuts, and salt into the melted chocolate.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the kataifi layer in the dish.
- Top with the remaining kataifi pastry.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
