Description

A delicious dessert combining chocolate and kataifi pastry.


Ingredients

  • 200g kataifi pastry
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 50g chopped nuts (e.g., pistachios or almonds)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, melt butter and mix with kataifi pastry until coated.
  3. Spread half of the kataifi mixture in a baking dish.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water.
  5. Mix in honey, vanilla, nuts, and salt into the melted chocolate.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the kataifi layer in the dish.
  7. Top with the remaining kataifi pastry.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
