Description

A rich and decadent chocolate tart inspired by the flavors of Dubai.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 300g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the cream until just boiling.
  6. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
  7. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together.
  8. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
  9. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
  11. Let it cool before serving.
