- 16 ounces dill pickle chips
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Drain the pickles.
- Pat the pickles dry with paper towels.
- Put flour in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in another bowl.
- Mix breadcrumbs and spices in a third bowl.
- Coat each pickle in flour.
- Dip the pickles in the egg.
- Press the pickles into the breadcrumbs.
- Place the pickles in the air fryer.
- Spray the pickles with oil.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Turn the pickles over at 5 minutes.
Notes
- Dry the pickles well for a crisp texture.
- Place pickles in a single layer.
- Serve with your dip.
