Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler to high.
  2. Cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise with kitchen shears.
  3. Pull the meat upward and rest it on top of the shell.
  4. Mix the butter garlic lemon juice and paprika in a bowl.
  5. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the tails on a baking sheet.
  7. Broil the lobster for 8 to 10 minutes until the meat is white.
  8. Garnish with parsley before you serve.
