Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Buns for serving
- Pickled onions for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas.
- Add breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve on buns with pickled onions.
