Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot with salt.
  2. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes or until soft.
  3. Peel and mince your garlic cloves.
  4. Melt butter and oil in a large skillet.
  5. Cook the garlic for 1 minute in the skillet.
  6. Drain the pasta and save a cup of water.
  7. Mix the pasta into the garlic butter.
  8. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasonings.
