Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Separate the egg yolks and whites.
- In a bowl, mix egg yolks, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- Sift in flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into the batter gently.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat.
- Pour batter into skillet, cook until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh berries on top.
