Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually mix into the creamed mixture.
- Roll the dough into balls and shape them into hearts on a baking sheet.

- Let cookies cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing; add food coloring if desired.
- Decorate cooled cookies with icing.
