Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 halal burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- In the last minute, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayonnaise.
- Serve hot.
