Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat and add minced garlic.
- Cook garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
- Add olive oil to the grill or skillet.
- Cook the flank steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Brush garlic butter over the steak during the last minute of cooking.

- Slice against the grain and serve with remaining garlic butter.
