  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water.
  2. Cook your pasta until it is tender.
  3. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  4. Melt the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add your garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan.
  6. Cook the garlic for one minute until you smell it.
