  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets to the pan.
  3. Cook cauliflower for five minutes until brown.
  4. Stir in the sliced mushrooms.
  5. Cook for five more minutes.
  6. Add the minced garlic and thyme.
  7. Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet.
  8. Cover and simmer for three minutes.
  9. Season your dish with salt and pepper before serving.
