Description
This skillet dish combines cauliflower and mushrooms with garlic. You cook everything in one pan for a side.

- 1 head cauliflower florets
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add cauliflower florets to the pan.
- Cook cauliflower for five minutes until brown.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms.
- Cook for five more minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and thyme.
- Pour the vegetable broth into the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for three minutes.
- Season your dish with salt and pepper before serving.
