- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
