- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a baking dish with oil.
- Mix the chicken and potatoes in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat the pieces well.
- Put the mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese and butter.
- Bake for 10 minutes until brown.
- Serve the dish hot.

- Check that chicken reaches 165 degrees.
