Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
- Optional: cheese, ham, or other fillings
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, egg, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour the cabbage mixture into the pan and cook until set.
- Flip the omelet and cook the other side.
- Toast the bread slices in the same pan until golden.
- Assemble the toast by placing the cabbage omelet between the slices of bread.
- Cut and serve warm.
