- 4 large potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Remove fries from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños.
