Description
Grilled Halal beef skewers served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Halal beef, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread beef onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill for tzatziki.
- Serve skewers with tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with pita bread or salad if desired.
