Ingredients

  • 1 lb Halal beef, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread beef onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill for tzatziki.
  7. Serve skewers with tzatziki sauce.
