Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill swordfish for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, capers, and minced garlic.
- Heat the sauce over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
