A flavorful dish featuring marinated beef kebabs served over seasoned rice.
Ingredients

- 500g beef, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Skewer the marinated beef and vegetables.
- Grill or broil the skewers until cooked through.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and add rice.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve with kebabs.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
