A delicious and satisfying Halal beef roti wrap, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 2 large roti
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup yogurt sauce
Instructions
- In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay roti flat and place beef mixture in the center.
- Add lettuce and tomato on top of the beef.
- Drizzle yogurt sauce over the filling.
- Wrap the roti tightly around the filling.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables if desired.
- Yogurt sauce can be replaced with your favorite sauce.
