Description

A delicious and satisfying Halal beef roti wrap, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large roti
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt sauce

Instructions

  1. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Lay roti flat and place beef mixture in the center.
  6. Add lettuce and tomato on top of the beef.
  7. Drizzle yogurt sauce over the filling.
  8. Wrap the roti tightly around the filling.
  9. Serve immediately.
