Ingredients

- 4 parathas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cheese, grated
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add diced chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
- Whisk eggs and pour into the pan, stirring until cooked.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the mixture on a paratha and sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll the paratha tightly and serve warm.
