- 2 cups cooked shredded Halal chicken
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the shredded chicken, cheese, bell peppers, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with diced tomatoes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
