Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked basmati rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Prepare bowls with cooked rice as the base.
- Top rice with cooked chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the top.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Can substitute tahini sauce with yogurt sauce.
