- 1 pound white fish fillets

- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- Sour cream or yogurt for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
- Grill or cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a pan.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on tortillas.
- Add shredded cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime juice and add sour cream if desired.
