Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita bread
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small koftes or patties.
- Grill the koftes for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Warm the pita bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Fill each pita with koftes, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
- Serve immediately.
