Delicious halloumi and veggie skewers perfect for grilling.
Ingredients

- 200g halloumi cheese, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add halloumi and vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread halloumi and veggies onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on your preference.
