- 4 lbs lamb leg
- 1/4 cup harissa paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix harissa, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Rub the mixture all over the lamb.
- Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the lamb reaches your desired doneness.
- Let the lamb rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
Notes
- Adjust harissa to taste for more or less spice.
- Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
