Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix harissa paste, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the harissa honey mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
