Description
You make this meal with gnocchi and smoked salmon. It uses yogurt for a sauce.
Ingredients

- 500 grams potato gnocchi
- 150 grams smoked salmon
- 200 grams fresh spinach
- 150 grams greek yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Cook gnocchi until they float.
- Drain the water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry garlic for one minute.
- Add spinach and cook until it wilts.
- Lower the heat.
- Stir in yogurt and lemon juice.
- Add salmon and gnocchi.
- Mix and serve.
Notes
- Choose whole wheat gnocchi for fiber.
- Keep heat low for the yogurt.
- Add dill if you like herbs.
- Eat within one day.
