Ingredients

  • 500 grams potato gnocchi
  • 150 grams smoked salmon
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 150 grams greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Cook gnocchi until they float.
  3. Drain the water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Fry garlic for one minute.
  6. Add spinach and cook until it wilts.
  7. Lower the heat.
  8. Stir in yogurt and lemon juice.
  9. Add salmon and gnocchi.
  10. Mix and serve.
