- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine turkey breadcrumbs egg cheese and spices in a large bowl.
- Mix the ingredients with your hands until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into eight small loaves.
- Place the loaves on a baking sheet.
- Spread ketchup over the top of each loaf.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.

- Swap breadcrumbs for oats to increase fiber.
- Add hidden grated carrots for extra nutrients.
