Description
This salad uses chicken and chickpeas. You get a protein meal with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 0.5 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts.
- Slice chicken into pieces.
- Put spinach in a bowl.
- Add chicken and chickpeas.
- Add cucumber and feta.
- Mix oil and lemon juice.
- Pour dressing over salad.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken.
- Keep dressing separate.
- Add black pepper.
