Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts.
  2. Slice chicken into pieces.
  3. Put spinach in a bowl.
  4. Add chicken and chickpeas.
  5. Add cucumber and feta.
  6. Mix oil and lemon juice.
  7. Pour dressing over salad.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken.
