Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the duck legs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the duck legs on both sides for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the duck legs to a baking dish.
- Pour the honey balsamic mixture over the duck legs.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
