Description
You make this side dish with carrots and green beans. A honey glaze adds sweetness.

- 1 pound carrots sliced
- 1 pound green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot
- Cook carrots for 5 minutes
- Add green beans and cook for 3 minutes
- Drain the vegetables
- Melt butter in a pan
- Stir in honey and lemon juice
- Add vegetables to the pan
- Toss to coat everything
- Season with salt and pepper
